Es Tros de Cala SaonaTwo and a half hectares of fields and forest, two hundred meters from the public road, is where the house is located, a “payesa” style house with three double rooms, two of them with outside terrace covered with wooden beams, two full bathrooms, kitchen and a large living room, all this surrounds an open inner courtyard; in our house you will find warmth and well-being inside and peace and tranquility outside where at night you can contemplate a huge starry sky.

Formentera has an area of 82 square kilometers, including its adjacent islets, an ideal place to spend your vacations.

With all the necessary services and utensils. The house is located on two and a half hectares of land surrounded by junipers and typical vegetation of the island.

Very close to Cala Saona
Cala Saona is a ten minute walk from the house, an old fishermen’s cove with its huts and dry docks that still show the essence of the purest Formentera, with a white sandy beach from where you can enjoy a sunset in an incomparable setting.

Three double bedrooms, kitchen, living room and dining room very spacious and illuminated. Interior patio and exterior porches throughout the house. Laundry room with clothes line and covered garage.
TV and wifi
46 inch TV in the living room, wifi. Connect to Bluetooth wireless technology from your tablet or cell phone and enjoy your favorite series, movies and programs.
Outdoor shower
Arrive from the beach and just before entering the house freshen up in a private outdoor shower. You will avoid filling the house with sand and enjoy it relaxing inside or on one of its porches.
Typical garden
The farm has an extension of two and a half hectares with typical vegetation of Formentera. You can enjoy the sunrise and sunset and at night contemplate the wonderful starry sky.
Natural site
Formentera is a whim of nature, a retreat full of postcards to discover on foot, by bike, walking or motorcycle. With more than 300 days of sunshine a year and beaches of fine white sand. A good option for photography lovers.
Bicycles
In Formentera, 32 green routes have been signposted, most of them suitable for bicycles. Forget about looking for parking and help to preserve the island ecologically. Access to the Natural Park is free for bicycles.
Pets
We love animals, we accept small pets such as dogs and cats well educated and respectful with the furniture and environment of the house. Enjoy your pet during your vacations in Es Tros de Cala Saona.
Music
Aires Formenterencs, a group composed of musicians from the island. Their music is purely Mediterranean and is based on the instrumental, musical and literary traditions of the Pitiusas Islands. The Balearic Government awarded them the Ramón Llull prize in 2013.
FAMILY ENVIRONMENT
A life project in a privileged environment
Es Tros de Cala Saona is not a usual rental house, it is only available during the months of June, July, August and September, the rest of the year it is the home of its owners. They take care of the environment, their chickens, pigeons and geese every day of the year.
A family house that is only rented to families and/or quiet groups looking for respect for nature, animals, silence and tranquility on the island.
