The house is equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances, including Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, large freezer, refrigerator and an extensive assortment of pots, pans, crockery, kitchen and tableware, etc.

It has a large laundry room with automatic washing machine and clothesline.

Covered garage with capacity for two cars, motorcycles and bicycles.

Sheets and towels will be changed weekly, both for the bathroom and the beach.

We do not have cleaning services, if needed, it will have to be hired separately.

In Es Tros de Cala Saona we love animals, you can bring your pet as long as it is well behaved and respects the furniture and the environment of the house.

This typical expression of the island means that the tap is used sparingly. Formentera is an island with very little water and it is everyone’s responsibility not to waste too much of this precious resource. Use the dishwasher when it is full, take quick showers and be careful never to leave a faucet running.

The risk of fire is higher every year, it is totally forbidden to make any kind of fire or barbecue, the house is surrounded by a large expanse of pines, junipers and vegetation.
